गिरते पड़ते बढ़ते 
स्वतः हजम होता जाता 

जाने कब से एक ही काम दोहराए जा रहा हूँ

कोशिशों से डुबकी लगा मोती निकालता हूँ
मुठी में दबा कुशल तैर बाहर आता हूँ, और ज्यु
देखता हूँ खोल मुठी को , दिखाना चाहता हूँ
सबको उपलब्धियां गिनाना चाहता हूँ, त्यु
वो सरक जाता है दोबारा उन्ही गहराइयों में
.
और फिर मैं कूद पड़ता हूँ एक बार फिर
उन्हीं गहराइयों में , एक बार फिर बेताल जैसा
उस मोती को दोबारा बाहर लाने के लिए
जाने कब से एक ही काम दोहराए जा रहा हूँ
नाम बदले ! रूप बदले ! सदियाँ बदली ! पर काम
नहीं बदला आज भी वो ही काम किये जा रहा हूँ मैं

O ' Lord,

may my vision always look broad .. 

from the height , 

to understand maze is easy . 

may my soul touch down ever ,

so that i can fly

may my non-physical element

कोई मरने को  जीता  है 
कोई जीने  को  मरता है 
अच्छा-बुरा कला-सफ़ेद 
दिनरैन सा संग रहता है 

मूर्खविद् दोनों पूर्णसंग 
ज्ञानी को मूर्ख ढूंढे और 
मूरख  को   ढूंढे   ज्ञानी
होता कुछ  यूँ उलट पर -
मूर्ख  खोजे  मूर्ख  मिले 
ज्ञानी खोजे मिले ज्ञान  
विरोधाभास  पूर्ण  चक्र 
कौन मूरख कौन ज्ञानी 
तुमने कही हमने मानी 
नानक कहे दोनों ज्ञानी 

ये  दर्पण  झूठ  न बोले 
जैसा भाव वैसा ही बोले 
उधर से मैं खुद को देखू 
इधर से मैं खुद को पाऊँ 
मूर्ख  को  दिखे  है  मूर्ख 
ज्ञानी  को  दिखे  ज्ञानी 
सौंदर्य  बदसूरती चाहत 
घृणा  उदासी  ख़ुशी सब 
प्रतिबिंब भंडार निशानी 


तुमने दी  माया  मैंने ली 
घड़े में  दही  मक्खनदार 
रस्सी बंध  मथानी चली 
एक घूमाता दूजा घूमता 
माया  ठगनी  हम जानी 
एकने कही दूजे ने  सुनी  

गुरु समझे  मख्हन  मेरा 
आश्रम आश्रय  सब  मेरा  
आ जाओ हूँ  सक्षम  " मैं "
शिष्य कहे मख्हन है मेरा
बस तुम मेरी पीड़ा ले लो 
इस दिल पे काहे का भार  
ले दे के सब किया बराबर 
चलता यूँ सबका कारोबार 

मिलजुल खाते घी  चुपड़ी 
दोनों तलाश में दोनों  की 
वर्तुलबंधन दोनों  ही पक्ष

दिमाग के खेल  है लुभावी 
ह्रदय तिजोरी है करामाती

मैंने  जाना  प्रियतम तुझे
माना  नहीं , समझा नहीं
उतरा  है  चाँद  का अक्स  
शांतझील में ज्यूँ नूर तेरा  
रुपहला  हो  बिखर  गया  ,

तेरे बन्दों से बंदगी दोस्ती 
शुक्रिया अपनी  दास्ताँ से

शब्द जाल

शब्द जाल , संरचना से उभरते  शब्द समूह
शब्द जन्म संयोग कंठ आघात वायु अग्नि

मस्तिष्क दौड़, माध्यम  सुनने  सुनाने का
शुद्ध ऊर्जा पुंज  जो निर्मित अग्नि वायु से

स्वयं कहते सुनते जाल बुनते मकड़ी जैसा
आरम्भ खुला व्योम सा, बंद मध्यबिंदुअंत 

अपने ही पीछे  छूटते  तारों में जा उलझता
जीव  अनजाने में अपने ही बनाये जाल में

शुद्धऊर्जा शब्द अपना जाल स्वयं बुनते है 
मकड़ी की तरह मूर्ख मध्य में जाअटकते है

सावधान  उस पहले  शब्द के  इस्तेमाल से
पश्चात जिसमे पश्चाताप ही  मात्र शामिल

शुद्धऊर्जा  के दो ही  स्वरुप  दिखाई  पड़ते
इक जाता सृजन को तो दूसरा विध्वंस को

शब्दों के अर्थ अनर्थ सम्मलित उपयोग में
शब्दपथ गमन हो चिंतन स्वाध्याय मनन

ऊर्जा  शुद्धतम " स्व "  स्व अर्थ फलदायी
स्व पे केंद्रित होता अध्यात्म स्व से जुड़ हो 

चयन उत्तम उपयोग सहयोग युक्त संग्रहण
पूर्ण कल्याण जीव कल्याण  लोक कल्याण

धड़कन के धागे में पिरो
वो  सौगात मुझे दे गया
सीने पे रखा हाथ अपना
उँगलियों के पोरों में बैठ
आहिस्ता  सब कह गया

इस दिल का संगीत तेरा
सुर्ख दौड़ता लहू भी तेरा
जीवन के लिए दिल का
संकुचन  तेरा बारम्बार
बीज सदृश् बनना होगा

और उसी जीवन के लिए

इंद्रधनुषी रंग

एक अनुभव एकात्म का 

कभी  सोच के  देखना !!

खिले फुहारों  बीच आस्मां से उतरे रंग 

अकस्मात् ख़ुशी का उपहार दे जाते  है , 

छोटे से मन के  सुखद पुलक अहसास  

आखिरकार क्यूँ कर  ऐसा संभव  हुआ , 

कभी सोच के देखना  !!

झीलों में तैरते रंगीन कमल दल खिले 

 कितना  प्रसन्न करते है अंतरमन  को 

खिले  सुवासित रंगीन फूलों के बगीचे  

सुखभाव दर्श के पीछे छिपा एक ही रंग 

कभी सोच के  देखना !! 

कहीं उनका वास उस जगत में तो नहीं  !

आप-हम जैसे ये भी परदेसी है आये हुए 

धरती में मिले हमसंग द्वैतअद्वैत बन 

सूरज डोली, चन्द्र हिंडोला इनकी सवारी 

 या  इनसे भी दूर नक्षत्रो से चलके है आते  

 कभी सोच के देखना !!  

 नानी  दादी की कथाओं में  बस्ते  ये रंग 

परीदेश से चलके आते चमकीले चटकीले 

कैसा परी देश ! कैसी चमक ! प्रकाश कैसा 

कैसी स्वप्निल बालकथा इनका  मर्म कहाँ !  

कभी  सोच के  देखना  ! 

रंग का पवित्रतम स्वरूप
इंद्रधनुष में जैसे सिमट आया 
मेरी तरह ये भी प्रियतम को स्पर्श कर आये है 

मेहमान है मेरी तरह ये भी 
परियों की तरह नृत्य करते डोलते फिरते 
उड़ जायेंगे ये  मेरी ही तरह  प्रियतम के पास 

लाखोंवर्ष दूरस्थ से दीप्तकिरण 
स:यात्री बन चलते ये भी जिनके संग 
छिप बैठे उनमे चतुर सुजान रंग भाव तरंग बन 


निश्चित बनी सवारी इनकी 
चन्द्र और सूरज किरण के रथों की 
स्विप्निल आँखों में आ उतरे स्वप्न बन ये रंग 

भारी हो  गिर पड़े  धरती पे 
इधर उधर  फूल बन बिखरे वादियों में 
मानो  धरती संग  होली  खेल के ही जायेंगे 

जहाँ गिरे  वहां अपनी छाप दे 
उड़े जो आस्मां को सात रंग में रंग गए  
कहीं इकठा हुए वाष्पकण धनुष बन तन गए 

देखा देखि उन्होंने भी रंग बनाये है
वेही सप्तरंग वे ही कृत्रिम खेल कृत्रिम भाव 
माया निर्मित गढ़े, प्रिय सम कहाँ निर्दोष मिले

द्वैत - अद्वैत के रंग

कुछ गिरते रंगते, कुछ अनायास उभर आते 
भिगोते सभी रंग दिखाई तो नहीं देते
ये भी द्वैत तो कुछ अद्वैत होते है

इन रंगो में ज़रा फर्क तासीर का भी नहीं होता
रंग  तत्व पे गिरते  है तो कुछ अ+रंग 
चैतन्य पे छिटक कर  उभरते   है

फर्क! तत्व पे गिरा उसे तत्व ही देख पायेगा  
चैतन्य पे गिर अदृश्य तरंग था होवेगा 
उफ़ ! रंग भी द्वित्व में दो मिले

प्रकाश किरण बिखरी कण कण शुभ्र उजला
दूजी छुइ मन सरोवर निखरा निखरा  
किरण भी द्वित्व में बंटी मिली

इक अनोखा कमल मिला अन्तस्मन  में
अप्रतिम सौन्दय युक्त अद्वितीय
व्यापारों ख्वाहिशों से बेख़ौफ़

इक वो था,जो दो हांथों बीच कैद सुंदर पुष्प
दोनों के हांथो में वो सुगंध दे गुजर गया
द्विअर्थी पुष्प भी मिल गया

A lotus opened today
within  a calm and warm heart

The soft and cooling petals
are caressed by the light

this lotus remains near
even after knowing all

it spreads its aroma
since the dawn of time

we are in , this together
to witness ........

the time of friction passed and
clarity embraces your heart

in this vast Ocean of life

the land dances with cosmic
mind is open to all darkness
with the wind clouds and the land

now .... sit ... still .... rise-up .... and laugh through silence 

than light can pierce you with delight
bath in the deep lotus heart center where it is empty
and full and blissful  and quiet
the heart lotus grew many new petals


As an awakened love touches from inside
the fragrance of lotus brings out the aroma of light
blooming jasmine

fresh air is fanned through the lotus leaves
and as sunlight celebrate as golden as ever

the river reflect the stars of the silvery light night
in the space of this inner most love

इक्छाओं के आकारजाल

कण तृण निर्जीव था 
इक्छाओं के आकार को 
कैसे देता! तब कर्म लिप्त शब्द भी तो नहीं थे 
.
कुम्हार ने मट्टी को 
चाक पे घुमा दिया 
सात रंग का नक्काशीदार सुन्दर कप बना दिया 
.
इक्छा इतराने लगी 
बर्तनों मेंअंतर्द्वन्द्व
धौकनी की रफ़्तार देखो धक धक ! छक छक ! 
.
सर्प नृत्य होने लगा 
श्वांस अतिरेक चल पड़ी 
गुरियोँ से भरी रीढ़ अथक व्यायाम करने लगी 
.
ज्ञानी एकत्रित कणो ने 
समझ के फिर समझाया 
इंगला पिंगला के तान बान में गुरियों को पिरोले 
.
तमाम उम्र एक काम 
उठाती रही वो धौंकनी 
रंग में रंग मिला  नाड़ी में पिरो माला बनाती रही  
.
और एक दिन छेद हुआ 
धौंकनी जमीं पे गिर पड़ी 
अस्तित्व पुनः अः+तत्व था , सिवाय कर्म+फल के 
.
फलेक्षा पुनः आकार बनी
पूर्ववत अब निर्दोष न हो  
कर्म-फल-भोग-दोषारोपण-कर्म-चक्र-जाल संयुक्त थी

मौन सागर

मौन सागर अपनी ही गहराईयों में डूबेगा
वख्ती नदियों का मिलना इसे गवारा नहीं
.
अजीब गजब रवायत तेरे जहाँ की निराली 
क्षीरसागर से नदी खुद ब खुद नहीं मिलती 
.
यहाँ नदिया पथरीले ढलानों से नहीं बहती
सागर झूम मस्त हो, जा उनको मिलता है 
.
सभी नदियां सयानी हो , ऊपर को चलती है 
और बढ़ती जाती अपने सागर को मिलती है

एक बंध

मेरे बोलने और मौन के बीच एक बंध बना हुआ 
हौले पग  रखिये नाजुक डोर से बंधा ढह जायेगा  
.
अभी जो इस पार से कही अपने दिल की बात है 
थोड़ी गुफ्तगू उससे भी तो कर लूँ,जो उस पार है  
.
बोलता हूँ तब तलक, नहीं बोलता तू जब तलक 
जिस पल तू बोला, मौन हो जाऊंगा सदा के लिए  
.

नासमझ समझ

फुर्सत के है चहचहाने, मौजों से बंधे किनारे है 
वख्त कहाँ ! आदिअंतहीन का आद्यान्त खोजें  
.
शाश्वत आदि अंत किसने देखा लिखा गाया है 
किस्से सामायिक चंद बंधे टुकड़ों की दास्ताँ है 
.
फिर भी मन तू बेचैन है , कुछ कहने सुनने को 
आज इस पल में  घटती घटनाएँ  कल की कथा 
.
कथाओं के किस्से किस्सों से परिवर्तित गाथाएं 
गाथाओं का बनता अमिट इतिहास जलतरंग पे  
.
हम पलट रहे गाथाओं के ऐतिहासिक पन्नो को
जलतरंग जिसको देती स्वर कल-कल चल-चल
.
नासमझ समझ बहते समय की ये धार-दुधारी है
