उदासी में जी लें या ख़ुशी से मर जाएँ

हर बात इस एक पल में एक साथ मुमकिन कहाँ, या तो हंस ले, या के रो लें ,

बस ये अभी है सो है , इसी में या तो पूरा जी लें , या फिर इसी में पूरा मर लें,

ऐसा क्या कहें कुछ भी न कहें,जो न आखो को दिखाई दे न जुबाँ से बयां हो,

इस एक पल में वो एक साथ कहाँ, या उदासी में जी लें, या ख़ुशी से मर जाएँ

वाद-विवाद, घमासान

कितने शब्द व्यर्थ हुए
तिक्त खारे चाशनी में

कितने शब्दों के जोड़
कैसे कैसे वाक्य बहुल

आवरण में लपेट बोले,
हाथ भी थामा हुआ था,

जिस्मानी दूरी थी नहीं,
राईरत्ती भी अंतर नहीं

सुजान उसअभास को
कोई अंतर नहीं पड़ा

क्यूं के संवाद था नहीं
संवाद का मर्म हैअभी

धूमिल, दिलों में धुआं
आदर्शवादिता नहीं ये

सच्चाई है के जब सारे-
शब्द खर्च, मौन उतरे

कहने सुनने को बचे
न बाकि, तो फिर जो

बच रहता किन्ही भी
दो के बीच वो संवाद

बाकी तो वाद-विवाद
वार्तालाप के प्रलाप है

गठ-बंधन का अंतिम
एक कृत्रिम-प्रयास है

फल गया या नहीं भी
जगन्मिथ्या चहुँ पसरी

मिथअंश भीजब मिटा
मिथ्या साँसे लेती रही

"Me" and My "I Am" & my 7 essentials

Prime n 1rst is Fire
I've brain of yellow fire
and heart of blue flame
2nd is Air
Existence of air within me
as necessary in form of sensibility
and the core of feeling,
Only responsible to throw
a stone in my watery-element
and weaves, a cause Air of mine
3rd essential is water
water presence in my veins in my muscles
my being and in my flow
in the emotional splits (confusion) of two
gives boom (force)
On the 4rth element is Soil
7 mysterious qualitative Layers of mine
This seven dressed-up with lust ego and desires
with uses of available cosmetics
mindful can say personality of mine; but-
It is as an only outer skin of earth;
which is made from mineral liquid
gas and Organic matter
countless support life of earth
and here, I'm a set of Carbon
which is full of life,
When I get up with a lazy stretch
with life for dance, It becomes Music.
A rainbow appears within me;
With desires-brush embossed various shapes,
And; filling of colors; It's an Art In me.
My life is crystal clear running Water,
And; A flowing Breeze,
Among all, Fire is my energy.
It's Me,*Spiritually & Scientifically
And; with in Life, I am full of Love.
After all healthy creates in me
"I am"; a Political Religious and Social being.
5th is core existence called
Shunya / Aakash / Skies is a Master body of mine
where four takes life-breath And My " I " the Fifth-one
6th for me is Illusion, who gives
continues endless wandering lust
above of all "6" Sixers
7th and ultimate kick also resides in me,
this is -
A 7th element is my wisdom
who protect me everywhere
here in earthy-play, and for that world
keep my account safe,
Surveillance continues for me,
Wisdom is A best essential, to me every time
who help to find my beloved way

अमृतदर्श

घूँट घूँट थोड़ा थोड़ा अमृत रोज  पीते
तिल तिल, पल पल, थोड़ा थोड़ा जीते 

हजार रश्मियों में महज एक  के लिए 
रात्रि लौ जला भोर तपस दर्शन करते 

एक दिन ठान ली , सूरज को पाने की 
उसने शिवम के हौसले आज़माने  की 

उधार के पंख थे हौसले भी चुराए हुए 
पल में हुए राख़ तपस के अग्न्यास्त्र से 

उसने हर बार पटका सोंधी माटी  पर 
चारोखाने चित्त था स्वाद सोंधा मुँह में 

श्वांसे तेज अस्थिर चहुँ कालिमा सघन 
बंद होते डूबते नैन से नजर पड़ी उस 

नन्हे कण पे,करीब से पर्वत ही लगता 
श्रेष्ठ गुरु समक्ष छद्मी साहस क्षुद्र हुआ 

सहसा रश्मि उस  के अन्तः से निकल
उठ नभ को सीधे , मिली जा सूरज से 

क्षण देरी बिन बन बैठी सूरज का अंश 
क्या बनना उसका , जो  जुड़ा अक्षुण्ण 

उस धनी के पास लेट, थी श्वांस मद्धम 
लय पे गाती नब्ज ज्यूँ राग अनहद का 

मानो आज उसने प्रेम से, पुकारा मुझे 
सोचता हूँ इशारा ! हाँ, मिल गया मुझे
